All orders are shipped free of charge! Our designs are handmade to order and the size and color may vary slightly with the pictured item. Depending on availability of your item, it may take up to 10 business days to ship. If we are unable to fulfill your item, we will contact you the next business day. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS first class.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you aren't(and we know it sometimes happens!), we will gladly issue you a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on shipping charges. Unworn jewelry can be returned to CV Designs within 7 days of receiving your order. Just contact us at cvdesigns@comcast.net for a return authorization # and ensure that the jewelry is shipped in the same manor in which it was received with the proper packaging and insurance.
